Coronavirus precautions for visitors

Our priority is the health and wellness of individuals we serve and the staff who serves them.

Residents living in assisted living houses accept visitors by appointment.
We encourage independent living residents to physically distance themselves from others, stay home and restrict their visitors.
DO NOT VISIT if you have recently traveled internationally or to a high risk area in the United States, or if you have recently been exposed to someone with symptoms of COVID-19. Self-quarantine for approximately 14 days from such an event.
Do not visit if you are feeling ill or have recently spent time with someone who has symptoms of any infectious disease. It is the best way to keep from spreading a virus to older adults who are less able to fight a virus.

Driving Directions

Notre Dame Village is located at 10950 Pine Grove Trail in Chardon, Ohio. It is off Auburn Road, just over one mile south of the intersection of State Route 322 and Auburn Road. Click here for detailed direction and map to offices.
