Driving Directions

Notre Dame Village is located at 10950 Pine Grove Trail in Chardon, Ohio. It is off Auburn Road, just over one mile south of the intersection of State Route 322 and Auburn Road. Click here for detailed direction and map to offices.

(Please note: some GPS do not yet recognize our new address. We are located 1/2 mile south of 13000 Auburn Road in Chardon.)
